Responsibilities:
-Prepares and presents quality food resulting in an excellent dining experience for customers.
-Consistently adheres to all Company service and operating standards.
-Know all menu items and recipes for assigned location
-Prepares food products accurately in accordance with established recipes
-Is aware of all 'specials' and prepares accordingly
-Where necessary serve customers from behind serving line
-Monitor serving lines and replenish food items as required
-Understands all applicable sanitation and safety rules and regulations, and performs in accordance with all regulations according to Company, state
and federal guidelines
-Cleans and maintains work area consistently
-Handles and stores food products safely and carefully to ensure a high degree of sanitation, and a low incidence of waste.
-Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 of Cook experience preferred.
2. Must be polite, courteous, and willing to pitch in and help others as directed.
3. Must be capable of standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting, using tool that require tight gripping during a full eight (8) hour shift.
4. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
The main hours for this positions are:
10am - 5pm Sunday through Thursday. Please note this is subject to change during busy race days, holidays and scheduled special events.
