- Spa Room is $250 a week this room is perfect for a lash tech, nail tech or stylist who wants a little more privacy
- Tiled wet room is $250 a week. We also have a beautiful tiled wet room available for rent, it would be great for anyone interested in providing spray tans and/or body scrubs and treatments. It would also make a great room for a nail tech
-Extra large suite available for 3 stylists or nail techs. $300 weekly per stylist. Suite will be outfitted and deigned once lease is signed. Bring your friends and help design your very own suite.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Plenty of free parking, Free WIFI, 24 hour access, washer and dryer on premises for your use and use of a shared breakroom. Coffee and refreshments for your clients
