• 1-10+ years of experience
• Management skills
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment
• Run/operate HVAC sheet-metal projects
• Work & communicate with employees & co-workers
• Manage sheet-metal workers
• Can create & decide duct work size & layout, take-offs
• Walk jobs
