Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Strong conflict resolution
- Must be able to stand 8 hours
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering any incoming phone calls, check voicemails/emails and responds promptly, takes and confirms reservations, etc.
- Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Understands they’re an essential part of the guest experience as the first and last impression
- Moves efficiently with strong ability to multitask and communicate with guests under pressure
- Alert to and anticipates guest needs
- Works with teamwork always in mind
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
