We are currently seeking an organized and dynamic Auto Receptionist to join our team at our Los Angeles location. This role is crucial in handling phone calls and coordinating internal production. If you're adept at multi-tasking and have a knack for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support internal production processes.
- Perform basic email administration tasks.
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in the auto industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CCC software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Compensation:**
- Starting at $20/hr + performance-based bonus.
