This is a Permanent, Part Time Position and is open to qualified, experienced candidates, who can work well with little or no supervision. Days and hours would be Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday, 7am to 4 pm* This very large commercial facility needs to be kept clean and orderly. Job Duties include, but not limited to; Standard Janitorial Duties, heavy cleaning such as floors and glass, removing rubbish, keeping 8 restrooms sparkling clean, as well as routine maintenance activities. A knowledge of maintenance, repairs and working with hand and power tools is needed. Knowledge of Walk behind Floor Scrubber & Sweeper helpful.
Tasks Include;
* Service, clean and supply restrooms
* Gather and empty trash
* Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
* Requisition cleaning supplies as needed
* General Handyman Services required
* Maintain equipment per schedule
* Maintain a maintenance log, and keep fleet of 2 vehicles clean
* Window Cleaning
* HVAC Repairs and maintenance
* Minor plumbing
* Touch up painting
* Resume Required for Consideration
This position is PART TIME, 24 hours per week. Saturday 7-4, Sunday 7-4, Monday 7-4. This is NOT a temporary job. Solid, 3 days per week guaranteed! Custodial AND maintenance experience REQUIRED. Must speak FLUENT English. Hourly rate depends on experience, applicants should submit a compensation history along with a resume.
