Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet client needs and business objectives.
-Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify potential candidates for various roles.
-Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
-Utilize Salesforce to track candidate progress and manage client interactions efficiently.
-Lead warm calling initiatives to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
-Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
-Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience:
-Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources management is preferred.
-Strong background in sales with demonstrated success in account management.
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
-Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities and candidate information.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
-Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus but not required.
