We have an immediate need to fill this role! Are you a self-starter with strong customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry? Auto Enhancements is looking for a part-time bilingual customer service representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
ā¢ Provide top-tier customer service and support
ā¢ Assist with accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP) tasks
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
ā¢ Communicate fluently in Spanish & English
ā¢ Familiarity with car dealerships is a plus
Requirements:
ā Bilingual ā Fluent in Spanish & English
ā Strong customer service & communication skills
ā Basic knowledge of accounting (AR/AP)
ā Punctual, reliable, and proactive
ā Experience with automotive industry or car dealerships is a plus
