Joe Roper's Surfboard Repair has immediate positions available in customer service. We are looking for a self starter, easily trainable with an eagerness to work with and around surfboards and the surfing culture. This person must be disciplined, interact well with people, have excellent listening skills and have a desire to learn along with a curious nature. Attention to detail is important as you will be estimating surfboard repairs, selling surf gear (retail) and responsible for quality control of finished surfboards as they are picked up by our customers. Additionally you will maintain a clean, well organized business front. Surfing and surfboard building knowledge/experience is a plus.
Should have basic understanding of POS/Credit Card terminal processing (we can train). THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB- you will be working throughout the factory in different areas in an industrial environment.
