I am looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented office clerk to help run my small plumbing business.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule appointments and dispatch jobs
Prepare and send invoices
Maintain customer records and files
Basic bookkeeping and data entry
Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using computers
Able to multitask and work independently
Friendly and professional attitude.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Job will part time while training and full time after training. Part-time hours will be 9am-1pm Monday-Friday
Full-time will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. NO weekends.
