We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to work in our office and Process Orders, check inventory, Invoicing Orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing orders, providing freight quotes, and invoicing orders.

Responsibilities:
Accurately process incoming orders using Sage 300 system.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Check stock and provide accurate freight quotes.
Invoice orders.

Requirements
Dependable and Punctual.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Previous office experience a must.
