WHAT YOU’LL DO (AKA: Your Cocktail Commandments):
🥂 Craft classic cocktails with precision, and signature sips with flair
💬 Engage with guests like a total pro—warm, witty, and memorable
⚡ Keep up with high-volume rushes without breaking a sweat
🍸 Maintain a spotless, stylish bar (mise en place is your love language)
🧠 Know your menu—food and drinks—because you will be asked
🛎 Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
📦 Handle restocking, opening/closing duties, and bar maintenance like a boss
