POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for skilled and reliable Commercial Painter Subcontractors to handle various commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in commercial painting, and a dedication to providing high-quality finishes on time and within budget. As a subcontractor, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects with a trusted team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of commercial properties.
• Perform surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively on each project.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial painting.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own transportation and painting tools/equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
