All Type Insulation Services, Inc. & Attic Advisor, DBA. is an experienced insulation company specializing in residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California.
We are hiring a secretary to work Part-time in our office on Saturday and Sunday each week of the month. The hours are can be from 8:30am to 5:30pm.or 9am to 6pm.
Must have prior experience working in the office, must be detail oriented and organized and able to communicate effectively and professionally with our clients.
Duties:
-Basic computer skills. (Includes basic excel, Microsoft word, email, etc...)
-Answering phone calls & set up client's appointments with proper communication
-Establish and maintain the work schedules of the service technicians
-Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
-Sending and answering emails

-Must be able to learn and follow work processes and procedures
-Living within 20 miles and have a reliable transportation
-Punctuality & attendance is essential.
Experience:
-Experience necessary.
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Dispatching experience within a service or maintenance company is a Big plus
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Based on experience
