Position Overview
As a Roller Rink Associate, you’ll rotate between two key roles: “Front Desk Attendant” and “Floor Guard”. You’ll be the face of the rink, setting the tone for a great guest experience while helping to keep things safe, clean, and organized.

Responsibilities
“Front Desk Attendant”
- Greet and check in guests
- Handle skate rentals and ticket sales
- Sell concessions (snacks, drinks, etc.)
- Choose music playlists
- Make regular safety announcements
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
“Floor Guard”
- Monitor the skate floor and enforce safety rules
- Assist skaters and respond to minor injuries or incidents
- Keep the rink surface clean and safe
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive skating environment
General Cleaning & Support
- Clean common areas, skating surface, and concessions
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing tasks
- Support team members and jump in where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to skate or willing to learn quickly
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Prior experience in customer service, events, or recreation a preffered
