Description:
We are a Home Depot-accredited renovation company seeking skilled Acrylic Bathroom Installers and Helpers for immediate hire. We have multiple contracted projects and are building reliable 2-man crews to complete high-quality installations across Southern California.
🛠️ Locations with Active Work: North Hollywood, Barstow, Ridgecrest, Fillmore, Ventura, Oxnard, Woodland Hills, Agoura, Van Nuys, Porter Ranch, Simi Valley, Newbury Park, Canoga Park
🔒 Requirements:
Residential Construction Experience - Some plumbing required as well
Background checks are required (Home Depot policy)
Installer and helper must each bring their own tools (see below)
Mileage to the jobsite will be compensated
Must be professional, dependable, and able to follow a 5-day installation process
🧰 Required Tools Include:
Utility knife, oscillating multi-tool, pry bars, heat gun (optional)
Cordless drill, reciprocating saw, screwdrivers, pliers
Level, stud finder, J-roller, caulking gun
Safety gear (gloves, goggles, dust mask)
Cleaning supplies, painter’s tape, trash/demo bags

📅 Sample Scope of Work:
Our installs typically follow a 5-day schedule:
Demo & Material Pickup: Remove old systems, prep plumbing
Inspection & Wall Prep: Reinforce framing, check levels
Panel Installation: Apply adhesive, set acrylic panels with precision
Fixture Install & Caulking: Seal, set fixtures, and test function
Walkthrough & Final Touches: Final inspection, polish, customer education
Installers must be familiar with wall prep, panel cutting, template use, some plumbing and clean installation techniques. Helpers should be ready to support the entire process from demo to finish.
