• Strong understanding of fleet management and transportation operations
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and drivers
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to type 50 wpm
• Must be able to operate basic office equipment such as printer, fax, telephones, and window-based computer systems
• Will take and respond to incoming calls
• Will dispatch out necessary personnel as needed
• Will assist caller in whatever manner necessary to bring the call to conclusion
• CXT Software experience preferred
