We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to work in our office
Office and computer experience is required
You will be responsible for processing orders, checking inventory, calculating freight costs and invoicing orders.
This is an office position, and you will be at a desk working on the computer.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process incoming orders using Sage 300 system.
Check stock and provide accurate freight quotes.
Invoice orders.
Requirements
Dependable and Punctual.
Office experience is a must
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
