Looking for someone to come in to filter the fryers, blanch fries and other small duties. This is a pretty simple job for someone who is reliable and pays attention to details. Light physical labor and must be able to lift 25 pounds. Looking for someone to work 5:30 am to 9 am (approximately), every other day (3 to 4 days a week). This is a position that starts at 5:30am (or earlier) and depending how efficient you work and how much there is to do you will be done between 9/10 am. This will be every other day. It involves filtering the fryers (cleaning the fryers), cutting and blanching fries and setting up the restaurant up for the day. It is a very important position and requires someone that is dependable, reliable, consistent, quick learner and detail oriented. Please if this is something that doesn't sound like something you want to do please do not reach out.
