Atlatec is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Atlatec's products and services. This role is open to candidates located in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating more complex problems to higher levels if necessary.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their issues.
Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancement.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
