About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is motivated to improve inefficient and stressful experiences, which is often how the real estate transaction is described, to join our remote team. This product manager role will own projects supporting strategic product roadmap across all phases, personas, and platforms (web, iOS, Android).
As member of the dotloop/ShowingTime+ Product team you will be responsible for:
- Identifying problems or improvements for our customers and owning the right solution
- Having customer insight and devising product features that drive the desired customer experience
- Establishing product goals and develop a roadmap to work in partnership with product design & development teams
- Governing product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, technical specifications, and launch efforts
- Taking ownership of roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of product needs for the business and product development team
- Clearly communicating expectations to & collaborating with various stakeholders to anticipate and make functionality trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and manage bottlenecks
- Partnering with product analysts to develop objectives and track key results to derive valuable product insights for actionable change based on data
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are- 5-7 years in a Product Management role, with a focus on building B2B/B2B2C technology products
- Strong Product Management skills, experienced in independently owning sophisticated products and/or product portfolio
- Transaction management experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- High skill and enthusiasm for digging into quantitative and qualitative data, developing and testing hypotheses, and seeking the "why" behind data trends
- Ability to clearly define product objectives, estimated impact, and success metrics that align to business strategy and product vision
- Very strong written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on high-quality artifacts (product briefs, strategy documents, leadership-facing presentations)
- A problem-solver with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
- Experienced in defining projects that solve for needs or problems, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets
- Experience in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across leadership teams
- Advocate for your product to business and technical partners
- A self-starter with strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies - Agile, SCRUM, etc.
