As the Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of our consumer experiences across Web portal, Chat and growth marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the consumer centric industries, possesses strong leadership abilities, and can effectively translate customer needs into successful digital products.
What you'll be doing - Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for digital products, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives. Define the product vision, positioning, and target market.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for digital products, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful execution.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Agile Development: Champion an agile development methodology, collaborating closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features in iterative cycles. Drive efficient and effective development processes, ensuring timely releases.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and sales teams, to gather input, gain buy-in, and align product strategies with broader organizational goals. Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Analyze user metrics, engagement data, and feedback to iterate and enhance digital products continuously.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the digital space. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to product management teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you will need to be successful/Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital (web/mobile) products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the digital industry, market trends, and user behavior.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Salary Range$150,000.00 To $180,500.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
