About this position
SeeScan is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the health and appearance of the landscaping at our facilities.
This position pays $20/hour or more, depending on experience.

In this position, you will
- Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape
- Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies
- Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings
- Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control
- Pick up trash and wash exterior areas
- Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs
- Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Your background
- 3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance
- Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred
Helpful knowledge and experience
- Fruit trees and vines
- Roses
- Organic approaches and products
- Pest control
About you
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
- Willing to pitch in wherever needed and work at a quick pace
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to speak and understand English
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
