We're looking for a skilled and motivated Seamstress / Sewing Machine Operator to join our close-knit, professional team.

Your Role
As an Awning Seamstress / Sewing Machine Operator, you will:
• Fabricate custom awnings from measurements or by constructing them to fit frames.
• Work closely with our team leads and management to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain and repair existing installations.
• Accurately complete work orders and associated paperwork.
• Keep your work environment clean, safe, and organized.
What We’re Looking For
• A strong background in building, construction, or fabrication, combined with sewing experience.
• A dependable, proactive team player who thrives on learning and delivering excellence.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Solid math skills for construction measurements and calculations.
• Comfort and skill with both powered and manual hand tools.
• The ability to work confidently at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Physical readiness to lift 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Clean driving record
