We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Escondido. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, organized, and a critical thinker. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, supporting operational tasks, and handling spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and systems.
Assist with report generation and data analysis.
Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work independently and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
Proficient in spreadsheets and other computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Good with numbers and problem-solving.
QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay of $22-$25 per hour.
Room for performance-based raises and promotions to Account Management.
