Healthcare Sales Manager to lead sales efforts targeting the assisted living and hospice care sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assisted living and hospice care sectors, with a focus on healthcare solutions.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting assisted living facilities, senior living communities, and hospice providers to drive market expansion.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as administrators, facility owners, and operators, to understand their healthcare challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, client engagement, and deal closure, using a consultative, healthcare-focused approach.
- CRM Utilization: Use CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipelines, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Market and Performance Insights: Provide actionable insights to senior management on healthcare market trends, team performance, and new opportunities for growth.
- Sales Technique Refinement: Collaborate with field sales representatives to refine techniques and ensure alignment with healthcare-focused company objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date on healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, and ensure compliance during all client engagements.
Requirements - Experience: 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare sales targeting assisted living, hospice, or senior care sectors. Experience in selling healthcare solutions such as EMR systems, pharmacy services, or telehealth platforms is preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets in healthcare or senior care markets.
- Relationship Building: Expertise in consultative selling to healthcare decision-makers, including administrators and clinical staff, with an understanding of operational needs in assisted living and hospice care facilities.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance regulations relevant to senior care settings.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and build relationships on-site with assisted living and hospice care providers.
