Sales & Admin Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring smooth administrative operations at our Whittier storefront.
Job Description:
The
Sales & Admin Associate will focus on two primary areas:
1. Sales & Marketing:
- Manage advertisements and sales on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and others.
- Use personal social media accounts to drive sales and engage with customers.
- Explore and implement creative strategies to boost sales.
- Handle customer interactions over the phone, via email, text/iMessage, and through social media.
2. Administrative Support:
- Restock office supplies and manage business-related purchases.
- Occasionally travel locally for purchasing or other admin tasks (driver’s license required).
- Work closely with warehouse associates to communicate orders, prepare pallet shipments, and coordinate inventory.
