Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00

Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar and serving staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence.
Manage daily bar and floor room operations, including inventory control, supply orders, and stock management.
Create and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and meet guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food and beverage safety standards.
Train and mentor team members on beverage preparation, service techniques, and customer engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies as needed.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest, vendor, and employee concerns with patience, professionalism, and tact.
Work evening shifts Wednesday through Sunday, including nights and weekends.
Perform physical tasks, including moving and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in bar and restaurant management within a full-service restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of craft and specialty cocktails, menu development, and food safety regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members positively.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is preferred.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and innovative beverages.
