Arbib and Sons Construction Inc is a boutique General Contractor that specializes in Structural Concrete, Hillside Foundations and New Construction Projects.
We are a dynamic small team that is seeking a new Handyman / Runner position.
Duties include:
⁃ Driving to the job sites to ensure all contractors and supplies have arrived and are working.
⁃ Communicating with our team in regards to the project status.
⁃ Loading materials from different supply houses and unloading at the job sites.
⁃ Handy Man Labor/ General Labor: Project clean up, ensuring the job is clean and safe. Demolition work, digging work, any trade work you are familiar with (paint, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc).
⁃ A company truck can be provided, or your own truck. Will be discussed in the interview.
Requirements:
⁃ Valid California Drivers License
⁃ Basic Construction Experience is required. Experience in any type of labor is required, not management.
⁃ English and Spanish speakers are a plus!
⁃ Must have a vehicle. Having your own truck is a plus!
Job will be a 40 hour a week full time position. Starting at $22.50 an hour. Depending on experience, and if you have a truck, salary can be higher!
