- Work with multiple screens and programs and be able to switch between them with ease.

- Must be able to handle stressful situations.
- Must be able to handle the pressure of working with a high volume of calls.
- Read, understand, and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing.
- Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required while setting priorities and following up on assignments.
- Must possess strong, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Must always be able to provide and maintain a professional level of customer service.
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Must be able to frequently prepare reports and logs; required computer skills. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Must have a good knowledge of how to use Word, Excel, and Google Drive.

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
