Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Valet/Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, parking and retrieving their vehicles, and ensuring that the parking area is well-maintained and secure.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
• Monitor parking area to ensure it is clean and secure
• Collect parking fees and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and fees collected
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous valet or parking attendant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
