Sales Representative position for a Logistics company in the city of Cerritos.
Direct Hire Position
Salary 55K- 65K
(Plus Commision 10 % GP after 2 times their salary)
Must have Logistics background experience.
Responsibilities:
Generate business leads internally and externally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/ negotiate offered services.
Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L.
Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
Manage day-to-day operations with KPI metrics.
Create and manage strategic plan for the sales team.
Develop and maintain best business practices.
Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
Generate insights leveraging internal and external business intelligence to report on, and drive the business.
Calculate and measure risk profile for strategic plans and decisions.
Responsible for the management of customers load acceptance process as well as the creation of SOP’s.
Attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.
Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of industry-related experience.
Proven management and leadership experience.
Previous experience working with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead sales team.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skill.
