Big Green Cleaning Company is the Tri-County leader in cleaning services for commercial businesses. Our locally owned company continues to grow, and we have an opening for a 2nd Branch Manager position in our Santa Maria office. We are seeking the right person to lead a team of 50 employees to provide the best cleaning services for commercial businesses.
We will train a customer-oriented leader how to run one of our Branches. The hours are flexible, but due to the nature of our business working into the evening is required.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
• Experience in leading others.
• Experience in customer service.
• The aptitude to perform management functions including budgeting and payroll calculations.
• Bi-lingual [English/Spanish] abilities are an asset.
• A happy disposition.
