Pay Range: $22 to $45 per hour, based on experience and position.

Responsibilities (Varies by Position):
Preparing work sites for concrete pours.
Setting and aligning forms for foundations, walls, and other structures.
Mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Operating equipment such as concrete pumps, saws, and trowels.
Adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
Supervising and leading teams for foreman-level positions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in concrete work is a plus (but not required for entry-level positions).
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labor.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
Supervisory experience for leadership roles.
