Job Description:
As a Water Damage Technician at Active Restoration, you will play a crucial role in responding to water damage emergencies and implementing effective restoration solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of water damage incidents to determine the extent of the damage and appropriate restoration steps.
• Implementing water extraction, drying, and dehumidification procedures to minimize property damage.
• Utilizing specialized equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters to facilitate efficient drying processes.
• Performing mold remediation and other related services as needed.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with clients to provide updates on the restoration progress.
• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Water Damage Technician or a similar role in the restoration industry.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
• IICRC certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in emergency situations, including after-hours and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
