Preferred Candidates must have:

• Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Office, Planswift, Blue Beam or other Estimating software
• Read drawings, perform takeoff and estimating experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High level of customer empathy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Determined and self-discipline (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to win work / close deals
• Customer Service driven.
• Team Players.
• Intensely goal-oriented
