Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and reliable OTR Reefer Truck Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hauling less-than-truckload (LTL) reefer loads to the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience driving reefer trucks, with a focus on safety, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a refrigerated trailer (reefer) to transport LTL loads to and from the East Coast region.

Ensure proper temperature settings and monitor refrigeration equipment throughout transit.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and delivery schedules in compliance with DOT regulations.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status and delivery details.

Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining excellent service standards.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleanliness of the truck.

Abide by all safety and traffic regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Handle any paperwork related to deliveries, including delivery receipts, and ensure that all freight is properly secured.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience driving reefer trucks in an OTR environment.

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Valid CDL-A with necessary endorsements.

Strong knowledge of reefer operations, including temperature control and monitoring.

Ability to operate safely in all weather conditions and road environments.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and stay organized while on the road.

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to DOT regulations.
