What You’ll Do:

As the Office Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our team and helping us deliver top-notch cleaning services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Managing Office Tasks: Taking and retaining phone calls, scheduling, organizing paperwork, managing emails, and handling customer inquiries according to our manuals.
🔹 Assisting with Coordination: Scheduling cleaning appointments, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Customer Service: Communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring top-tier service satisfaction.
🔹 Data Entry & Reporting: Keeping accurate records of service schedules, client preferences, and cleaners’ time logs.
🔹 Supporting the Team: Ensuring that cleaning crews adhere to internal protocols (including time management, quality standards, and additional services) by monitoring performance through video reviews and job timing as well as addressing any issues with crews should the company's standards and protocols not be met.

What We’re Looking For:

✅Bilingual: The perfect candidate must be fluent in Spanish
✅Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent Communication: Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
✅ Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and paperwork.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and client management systems. Mac users a plus as we are a Mac – only company.
✅ Customer-Focused: A positive, proactive attitude when dealing with clients and team members.
✅ Experience: Previous office experience is a plus, but not required.
