Are you hungry to learn, hustle, and make money? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Leasing Agent who’s eager to dive into the world of real estate and willing to put in the effort to succeed. No prior leasing experience needed – just a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming leads via phone, text, and email.
Conduct initial screenings with prospective tenants.
Schedule and lead property tours, as well as open houses.
Forward applications to managers for final approval.

Location:

You’ll be covering Koreatown, with buildings close together to streamline back-to-back tours.

Compensation:

Minimum wage + $150 commission for every lease signed (targeting minimum 15 leases/month).

What We’re Looking For:

Personable and Reliable: You’ll be interacting with prospective tenants all day, so we need someone who can build rapport and make people feel comfortable.

Self-Motivated: We want someone who’s driven to hit leasing targets and stay proactive.

Vehicle Required: Must have a car and be ready to navigate Koreatown for showings.
