We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive experience for every visitor.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive and assist with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls.
Check in vehicles, and verify customer information.
Process payments and handle invoicing, including cash, credit, and insurance transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and waiting room.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and create invoices.

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in an auto repair or automotive environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and basic office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
A basic understanding of auto repair services is a plus but not required.
