This important Senior Specialist role will play a key part of the Master Data Management team responsible for MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the AXA XL Transformation vision. The role of the MDM Data Analyst is to help drive the evolution of the MDM capabilities for the America Acceleration's program. The focus will be on referential and Party data processes, Party Creation, Verification, Remediation and Party Data Quality. While being part of the MDM team, time will be spent on supporting the improvement of the hierarchy creation and maintenance process for Clients & Brokers. Having worked with CRM or Client 360 programs will be an advantage. This role will require working with the Business teams, the Global and Division Leads. It's a highly visible position with great opportunity for learning, exposure and growth.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
• Learn identified processes and Build-up detailed knowledge of all party data systems.
• Assist Team Leaders in documenting all aspects of the Process in detail including manuals process, workflows and detailed process maps.
• Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leaders.
• Consistent interaction with Team Leaders on any business issues.
• Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to party data and provide solutions to the business.
• Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements - productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.
• Perform the following main tasks:
• Support the Self-service initiative for Party data process: Ability to innovate and propose new ideas to support continuous improvement of the process.
• Share information with business customer community.
• Data Quality monitoring.
• Support (inquiries) expansion and roll out of DUNS standardization within AXA XL
• Support business processes for all segments.
• Fixing Data Quality issues in various system maintained by AXA XL
• Maintenance of Parties in CDI & Tibco EBX
• Manage and organize access to the D&B World base.
• Design, tests and user training for MDM Projects and BAU changes.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
• University Graduate with a moderate amount of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management
• Knowledge of Client Relationship Management
• Working understanding of Data Platforms
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Detail oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Client service attitude & experience
• High level of data input accuracy
• Outstanding Analytical skills

The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,000 to $149,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
