Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Billing experience required.

This is a full-time on-site role in Bellflower, CA, for an Admin Assistant at Trans Petro of California DBA C &C Transportation. Data entry, copies, mail run, computer literacy needed, excel experience required. The position will work closely with other departments and contribute to improving financial operations and processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in office business setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Experience working with the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Experience with accounting software (preferably Quickbooks) is a plus
Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and analysis
