We're growing and this means we are looking for a full-time production sword fabricator with some Tig welding, grinding and polishing experience to join our team. www.castillearmory.com

If you have mechanical aptitude, especially experience in detail oriented metal fabrication, we look forward to train you in the ways of the modern swordsmith. Personal desire, attention to detail and some artistic ability is needed to be successful in this industry, it is unlike anything out there.

Please see the following requirements:
• MUST have some metal working experience, Tig welding experience is a big plus.
• Able to use angle grinders, sanders, polishing wheels and small hand tools.
• Carefully follow instructions and processes.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently and take control personal time management when needed.
• A good attitude and be able to work well with others.
• An artistic ability toward product fit and finish.
• Confident with measuring equipment, calipers and scales.
• Experience with high carbon and spring steels, Mig welding and limited experience with CNC equipment are great but not necessary.
• Must be on time and responsible, this is paramount.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and a vehicle to get to work on time every day.
• Must be able and willing to wear supplied PPE including hearing, eye and respiratory protection.

The position will be Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, Weekends off.
Pay will be $15-20+ per hour DOE
