CHILL SINCE 93 restaurant/coffee shop is looking to secure 1 FT or 2 PT weekday experienced servers. Job will start immediately. Hourly pay based on the experience, but can potentially earn up to $20/hr (or more!) with tips. Hours of the shop are from 9am to 10:00pm weekdays and 9am to 11:00pm weekends. You must have an active California food handlers license!

Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter
Excellent customer engagement and swift service
Maintaining a spotless and clean dining room at all times
Remembering table numbers and customer orders
Serve beverages and prepared food, like pizza, cookies, pastries in a timely manner
Basic understanding of Square POS systems
Keeping the bar/back of house area clean
Consistently checking inventory
Basic understanding of making coffee drinks
Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate customer feedback to managers
Basic respect for your colleagues and customers alike

Skills
Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress (Min. 1 Year)
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts
Basic math skills
Ability to gauge customers preferences
Keeping calm in high stress situations
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
