COMPANY INTRODUCTION-
Coach Chris Cards is a family-run, customer- focused card shop/live streaming entertainment establishment located in Upland CA. Although we have collectors stop by our physical store to buy/sell/trade to add to their collection. We cater to everyone. From the young kids looking for cards of their favorite players/Teams to the big spenders looking to hit those six figure cards that can potentially earn them life changing money. We also provide entertainment in the form of a live stream. We do live shows on all of the top industry leading live streaming platforms (Loupe the app, Fanatics Live, Tiktok) We are looking for people that are enthusiastic and have a passion for sports cards and are considering a career within the Sports cards Community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone that can run their own live stream. Must be comfortable being on camera. Must be able to excite, motivate and entertain an audience during your live stream. Multi tasking is key to being able to run a successful live stream. Conducting yourself professionally is key as you may have kids watching you as you open packs or boxes as well as making an enjoyable experience for all viewers. Most importantly is for you to have fun while you stream. If you have fun, the viewers have fun as well. Once your live show is over customer’s orders must be packed and shipped. Positions are available for part time or full time but full time is preferred. If you decide to start part time, full time must be the goal once your earning makes sense. Weekends are a must as it's the busiest time of the week on the live streams. If you need time off or a weekend off it must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
We provide all the tools needed for success in this field. It is up to you to make it work.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
Individuals must be self-motivated,goal oriented, that want to earn 10k+ a month. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. Sports knowledge is required. Must keep up with current spots (Basketball, Baseball, Football). Sports Cards knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. We can teach but you must be willing to learn. Must be dependable and responsible, must be able to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. You must be able to think on the fly and make decisions on your own while considering the overall objectives of the company.

PAY STRUCTURE
1099 (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
YOU GET PAID A PERCENTAGE OF THE PROFIT FOR EVERY ITEM YOU SELL.
(VERY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION)
PACK & SHIP YOUR ORDERS AND GET PAID A HIGHER PERCENTAGE.
