We specialize in the construction, remodeling, and conversion of Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs) such as Wendy's and Del Tacos. We have multiple immediate projects available and are seeking workers of various skill levels, from entry-level laborers to experienced team leads.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our construction teams for upcoming QSR projects. The scope of work includes:
- Remodels of existing QSR locations
- New construction of QSRs
- Conversions of existing buildings into QSRs

You will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Tile installation
- Painting
- T-bar installation
- Framing
- Roofing
- General labor and site clean-up

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, from those willing to learn on the job to seasoned professionals ready to lead teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skill Level
- Entry-Level: No prior experience required. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced workers.

- Skilled Labor: Previous experience in construction tasks such as tile placement, painting, framing, roofing, etc. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

- Team Lead: Proven leadership in construction projects, especially in commercial QSR projects. Ability to manage a small team, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality standards.

Certifications (Preferred but not required for all roles)
- OSHA 10 or OHSA 30
- Valid Driver's License and Ability to Travel to Multiple Job Sites Across Southern California
- Specific Trade Certifications

Timeline
- Immediate start dates available.
- Project timelines vary depending on scope; workers will be expected to commit to the duration of the project.
