Operations Manager

As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances, and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team.

2-4 years of experience managing the operations of an organization, school, or program.
Minimum 4 year college degree
You have a depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities.
You enjoy planning events and assisting with logistics for site visits and meetings with ease.
You have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
You are skilled in analyzing and reporting data
You are comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues
You are excited to collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture that is representative of College Track.
You are excited about working in Person with our scholars Monday-Thursday 11-7 and remotely on Fridays 9-5.

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for an Operations Manager in Auora, CO is $70,000-$85,500 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer around $73,875/Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
