Position: Landscape Construction Laborer

Job Description: As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you'll work closely with the Landscape Construction Foreman and Owner/Principal to install various landscape projects. You'll be a key part of a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of residential or commercial landscape construction experience
Experience with operating machinery
Masonry experience
Basic knowledge of landscape design
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in installing various hardscape applications
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and professional
Strong time management, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Must have physical stamina for outdoor, physical work (lifting, kneeling, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Accurately track and submit timesheets.
Participate in physical work, including moving materials, operating machinery, and installing landscape features
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Adhere to safety standards at all times
Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Details to be discussed in a formal interview.

Hours: Monday to Friday. Part-time, with potential for full-time.
