Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
Team Support:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, events, and team-building activities.
Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and maintain financial records.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with various teams on special projects and initiatives.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
HR Support:
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Help implement and promote company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
