Month to Month lease availability.
Split full-time rent between you and a friend or take over the room completely when not in use by owner (usually during the day).
Full time use of room $1100 /month
Part time $650/month
Hours/Days Available for usage: 8am-5pm Monday through Fridays , Saturdays 8am to 12pm )

Ideal candidate is:
A mature, well established professional with at least 2 years experience with a viable clientele following.
Must be proficient in your own self-promotions, advertising and marketing.
Great work ethic, confident, trustworthy, friendly, out-going and exhibits positive energy
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Dependable, confident, clean and organized.
Demonstrates healthy and effective communication skills and is respectful of others also renting space.
Must have ALL credentials, certifications, permits, licensing and insurance (liability and property) current with copies for display before starting.
Must not have any criminal background
Room rent/sublease includes utilities, water cooler, waiting area, internet/Wi-Fi, and alarm protection.
This would be a sub-lease/room rental opportunity only. This position is NOT a partnership or employee status. Potential candidates must be willing to sign a contract and pay a deposit in order to be considered for this rental space.
